We wanted to inform you that we have suspended autocalls for attendance for the rest of this week and the first part of next week, at minimum. As many of you are aware, we have experienced some difficulty with our auto calls this year for attendance.
We want to apologize to anyone who has received a call in error. We are currently in the process of moving to a new system to help with these notifications. Once we have the system up and running and tested, we will begin auto calls again.
In the meantime, if you have questions about your student's attendance, please take the following steps:
1. Check his/her attendance through Skyward Family Access. (Call the Main Office for assistance with this 509-663-8117)
2. Follow up with your student and your student's teacher.
3. Call or email the Attendance Office for excused absences and other corrections.
