2020/2021 Scheduling Process
COUNSELOR INITIATED SCHEDULING
In order to ensure as much equity in the scheduling process as possible in light of the State’s stay at home order, WHS students will have their schedules built by a counselor for the 2020/21 school year with the goal of honoring submitted requests. Schedules will be released in Skyward by grade level followed by an opportunity for students to request changes. Dates for each grade level's schedule release and schedule change request window will be communicated via phone call, email, and posted to WHS social media accounts.
It is important to note that changes will only be made to required classes due to error or misplacement but not teacher or period preference. Electives will be changed based on availability.
We appreciate your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your student’s counselor.
